A review of the challenges I worked on...
At the start of each month, I share 12 simple challenges across 12 areas of life. You may not need all of them, and some might already be part of your rhythm, while others may not fit this season at all. Or maybe one of the challenges spark an idea for you, and you want to do something entirely your own. However you choose to move through this month is yours to decide, but I hope these challenges can serve as gentle prompts along the way. Current: May Challenges
Here’s a look at how I did… (To keep these posts readable, I’ll keep my review general.)
Planning + Time Management: This one was simple because we will have our house back so we will mostly spend our time moving things, setting things up, and welcoming friends and family back into our home.
Physical Health: I’d love to add more fruits into our diet. Our fruit intake has been off because of our temporary move.
Rest + Self-Care: My sleep has been off, again due to our temporary move, but I plan to move my bedtime back up when we move back in.
