Wednesday and Packing

It would mean so much to me if you clicked the 💛 at the top or bottom of this email so I know you’ve received my weekly letter/update. Thanks!
🎧 Listen
📺 Watch
We took a break from the Marvel movies to watch the first two episodes of Dancing with the Stars. Not sure why there are so many “influencers” on this season…two who are on the same show… What are you currently watching?
🥗 Eat
I didn’t know the Wendy’s x Wednesday Meal of Misfortune was still available, but it was. The meal came with “Rest in 10-Piece” chicken nuggets, a small portion of “Cursed & Crispy” Fries, and a small “Raven’s Blood” Frosty, which is a Vanilla Frosty with a dark cherry-flavored syrup, served in black-and-purple Wednesday-inspired packaging. Besides the special Frosty, the other special limited-time item was the sauces. It comes with two “Dips of Dread” sauces. You just get two random sauces. The four sauces are You Can’t Hyde (spicy ketchup), This Will Sting (hot honey garlic), Grave Mistake (scorpion pepper), and Nowhere to Woe (Wendy’s signature sauce). Any good eats lately?
😁 Play
No time for play again. Back to work on packing up the house for our temporary move.
📚 Read
Here’s how “reading” looked for me this past week:
Finished one audiobook:
Underestimated by Chelsey Goodan
Started and finished four audiobooks:
The Man Made of Smoke by Alex North
Defy by Dr. Sunita Sah
The Housemaid by Freida McFadden
Echo Mountain by Lauren Wolk
Continuing three books:
Now I Become Myself by Ken Shigematsu
Practicing the Way by John Mark Comer
Reconnected by Carlos Whittaker
Started one audiobook:
A Promised Land by Barack Obama
This year, I have a better plan for my reading, although it may still seem a bit random to others. I haven’t been writing reviews for a while, but I answer the review questions on The Storygraph app. If you want to know my thoughts about a certain book, feel free to ask. (It’s a mix of books - fiction, nonfiction, memoirs, middle-grade, and more. If you want me to note what kind of book it is in the future, let me know.)
